Dr. Suzan Hussin Tami is an Assistant Professor in Nutritional Sciences in the Department of Food Sciences and Nutrition, College of Agricultural and Food Sciences, King Faisal University, and a Consultant in Food & Nutrition Specialist. She is a member of several international and local associations, has published numerous scientific articles and research papers, and has participated in many local and international conferences. She is passionate about helping individuals make better dietary choices, develop their eating habits, and improve their lifestyles and health. Dr. Tami believes in the importance of nutritional prevention through nutritional education and lifestyle modifications. She has also led numerous educational campaigns to influence and encourage community members to improve their dietary choices and lifestyles in order to enjoy a healthy life that encompasses body, mind, and spirit.
